Hi, we’re Jessie and Brian, the business partners behind rD. We’re creating, building and hustling real estate in the heart of Texas, probably with some wine in hand.

Life has changed for us personally, but our commitment to this business, and to our kids, hasn’t.

Brian leads construction and general contracting, making sure every detail is done right. Jessie is a REALTOR® with BK Real Estate, LLC, and the design eye behind our projects.

Based in Waco since 2017, our passion is working with investors. We help them find the right property, design it with purpose and build it to perform.

Our process is approachable and even enjoyable. We do the work on the front end to understand your goals, then combine creativity and strategy for the best, personalized results.
